About the Principal
Evros Psiloyenis has more than 30 years international executive management experience encompassing operations, finance, marketing and sales. His fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek and English allows him to fit-in and understand the delicate cultural nuances. He has held corporate and divisional executive level responsibilities as well as entrepreneurial positions in Europe, Asia and The Americas.
Since 2004 Evros has been helping business owners and executives in mid-market companies to set strategy and structure their organization for exponential growth. Through Management Action Inc., he offers services in an advisory, executive interim management and project management capacity. His early experience in management consulting started with KPMG in 1997 where he was instrumental in the launch of their interim management Iberian business.
Evros’ diverse international industry experience and his ability to rapidly assimilate in new sectors give him the knack to adopt cross-industry best practices and apply them where they can be most effective. Simply put, Evros assists companies across all stages: from introduction and growth, to maturity and extending that prime, even reversing any decline.
